Emina Rosé Prestigio (Cigales DO) is a "rosé" from the high range of Provençal rosés that stands out for its attractive and characteristic pale tone, good aromatic intensity, the highly complex winemaking process and careful and delicate aesthetics.

This wine, which has an elegant and strong personality, comes from old vineyards that are more than 70 years old and goblet-trained. It originates from different grape varieties, both white and red, that provide their own notes and properties. They undergo a cold maceration process in order to extract little colour and obtain a unique pale rosé. The manufacturing process ends with a 2-month maturation on fine lees.

TASTING

This wine is very clean, smooth and bright and has a beautiful low-intense pale strawberry colour with purplish edging.

It is a very complex, immersive, voluptuous and intense wine due to the blending of very peculiar red and white grape varieties from which it comes. The nose proffers a wide range of berries aromas, such as currant and blackberry, as well as herbal nuances and balsamic hints of thyme and lavender with subtle mineral notes.

A rosé wine with measured volume that results from the long cold maceration of grapes but that is light and insinuating. 

PAIRING

Emina Rosé Prestigio pairs perfectly with dishes that have a strong exotic character: Thai, Japanese, Chinese. It is also perfect for cheese, fish, or salads. It is a magnificent wine for a quiet conversation or a joyful moment, as drinking it is already a whole experience.
